These terms apply to the use of this website, run by Taktonic GmbH, Munich. Plant Scans, programs and Outcome Agreements are governed only by the written agreement signed for them.
No binding offer
The content of this site is general information. Prices, guarantees, timelines and revenue shares become binding only in a signed agreement.
Figures and examples
Fleet results are medians across the plants stated with each figure. Client stories, sample clauses and illustrative agreements show past or typical cases. Results in your plant depend on your plant and are set out in your agreement.
Intellectual property
Texts, images, graphics and the Taktonic name and logo are protected. Copying them needs our written permission. The Plant Autonomy Levels are an open standard: you may quote and use them with attribution to Taktonic.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and partners. We checked those pages when we linked them, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we may change, pause or remove parts of it without notice.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of use. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.
Law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
